10 Tips for aging gracefully
As a personal trainer ive been asked this question quite a few time. How do I reduce aging on my body and my mind and I tell them the following things.
- Eliminate Self Destructive Behaviors
- Eat Properly
- Exercise
- Manage Stress
- Think Young
- Get Rest
- Practice Good Hygiene
- Prudent Supplementation
- Proactive Living
- Balance
Some of you are probably saying Duh! But it helps to have some one remind you.
