A tip to get the most out of crunches!
Sometimes when where doing crunches or sit ups we like to hold our breath. Ive done it but did you know if you hold your breath while doing crunches your abdominals aren’t being aloud to fully extend. If you want to get the most out of your crunches exhale when your siting up. This will allow your abdominals to fully extend. So get more out of your crunches next time and exhale!
